From what I can tell, she’s wearing medium armour but I’ve never seen that set before. Anyone knows? Maybe one of the karma sets…? Haven’t been able to find a place that shows all the different karma sets available.

That’s the female pirate costume from the gem store.

Which can’t be worn in combat.
