Guild Wars 2

Soo there are several questinons:
1.What is guild wars 1 and what’s it about?
2.What is guild wars 2 and what’s it about?
3.Is there some story in GW2, like how the world functions?

Please, I don’t know kitten about MMORPG games and before I start I would like to know everything, and I mean everything, about this one.You could link me like a guide for GW 2 or something.Thank you in advance and have a goo day.

In really really short:
GW1 consisted of 3 campaigns on different continents (Tyria, Cantha and Elona) and a addon for Tyria. Of course they had different stories. The addon (Eye of the North) was something like a intro for GW2 because it introduced many GW2 races and the elder dragons, the enemies in GW2.

GW2 is about the 6 awakening elder dragons and the story builds around killing them. You only face one of them in the main story yet.

There’s just too much to say about how the world works and everything is connected. I suggest checking the wikis, there are many lore pages on there that could give you an overview.
