I kinda forgot what npc sells the fire elemental summon, I tried searching everywhere but there was no information on it. Penny for your thoughts? Thanks

Well I stumbled on an NPC around the fire legion map that sells an item (via karma points) that allows me to summon a small fire elemental. pretty handy for a warrior, tried to retrace my steps but to no avail.
weird enough none of my guilds know about this
