So I bought this game for the second time cause I couldn’t get any help from support and when I bought it for the second time I accidently forgot 3 numbers in my email, so now I cant verify the email, and I’m not getting an answers from support! I got my payment info too.

If you can accidentally forget your email you shouldn’t be spending money.

I technically didn’t forget them I have 2 or 3 emails about the same and I just put the wrong one in. and the one I put in I don’t have access to anymore cause I haven’t used it in a long time!

Customer support seems to be running behind due to increased demand from what I have seen posted on the forums. I think up to 7 days by some reports. So give it some more time and don’t submit more tickets if you were considering that as that will slow things down even more.

If you know you haven’t used that email in a long time, why would you use it instead of the more current ones when purchasing something?

You do know that support is swamped atm due to expasion sale?

Put in a support ticket for a refund to the new game and a request to help unlock your old account maybe in order, it can take up to a week to get done tho.
