i did not receive any heroic chest upon having all requirements of doing so? can anet help me and tell me why, i heard its free when you already purchased the game

• Purchase the Digital Deluxe Upgrade in the Gem Store
• Heroic Chests were given to players who had access to the Heart of Thorns closed beta stress test and had purchased the game before the Heroic Edition was released.

its the third quote that i am trying to aquire, i have purchased heart of thorns yet i didnt receive any, how to i aquire support ticket?

Heroic chest is not part of HoT. The close beta was a thing many month ago in March. Invite only.

No longer work that way. I know because I was not in close beta. I had base game before heroic was there. I buy HoT and did not get chest. It is not there now. But if you want to make ticket it is support link top of page.

Yea I agree they really should just upgrade all old accounts not just the special ones that happen to get a lotto ticket into the beta test.
