At the moment I have just bought gw2 yesterday and picked the wrong server for wvw (time zones) and I am looking to delete my level 5 character and transfer to another server for my time zone BUT….
Will my heroic edition items such as Krytan armour and unused xp boosters be accessible on a new character?

It seems that ANET is a generous and good company too.

You can put anything that isn’t soulbound in your bank and it won’t get deleted. The heroic items are only mailed to you once, so if you delete them, you won’t get them again.

I don’t know where you got that illusion. I purchased a digital deluxe back then and if they are truely generous and good, why not make it available to all previous players?
