I don’t know if this has been brought up before but can the Hidden Depths Waypoint be adjusted so it doesn’t become contested when the Tangled Labyrinth is open? There are so few waypoints on the map anyway. This one shouldn’t become contested.

Doing the mission leaves you less time to do the tangled depths. The tangled depths is only open for a short amount of time and the map only has 3 waypoints. I’ve done full map complete and it was contested.

While doing the Breach event?

You have at least two minutes after the last Champion is killed to get in place for Vinewrath. With three people working together (everyone tagging as many tendrils as they can), it can be done in that window. If you need more time, just go to the middle lane- even if you miss the first minute of VW you can tag enough mobs to get that first gold and you won’t miss the boss fight.

Basically this isn’t something Anet needs to change- players just need to step up and do the thing.

It’s missed/skipped because running around there collecting the fragments to make a key is not worth the time/effort. It has nothing to do with the WP being contested as you can easily run there from VW before the lower section opens up. Most do the champ chain and then run up there to open the chest with their key(s).

Also, the event to unlock the WP is not new.

and it doesn’t even have the usual broken scaling issue
