Hey everyone! I’m not sure if this is the right area to post this question.. but I figure since it is just broad GW2 discussion I should be okay!

My guild is a very active wonderful group of people and I have been making little videos to cap our activities together in a moderately comical fashion. Recently however, I have taken up the task of running my guilds secret santa/holidays activities and I want to make a more cinematic video to introduce it instead of just your run-of-the-mill text post on our facebook group.

This leads me to my question, I would like to be able to take landscape shots however, I was wondering if anyone knows of a way I can hide or conceal my character from my screen so that I can get visuals of just wonderful landscape around me without having my character in the way.

Thank you!

This is how I do it. Either:

1. Stand really close to an obstacle/ledge of some kind and then zoom in – eventually, use the sleep/sit emote.

2. Use /sleep and then look up.

3. Hide behind something with no collision detection.

Far from ideal but it works ^^;

You could try using a tonic that turns you into something small also. Like Cat Tonic or Quaggan and so on. :o
