I think that the Guardian Trainer NPC in the starting zone has a bit too high expectation on the amount of experience you need to be able to talk with him >.<

The NPE was designed to make the game less confusing for new players. They never said anything about making it less confusing for veterans, now, did they?

all the newbie map trainers have this. no matter what level you are, they tell you to come back later. they need to simply be removed

Nah, don’t remove them, new players can use the guidance..
Better would be to have the AI check your level: if you’re downscaled, don’t say crap like “you need more experience”..
