Guild Wars 2

I haven’t seen this addressed to any great degree yet, but I have to ask… When will the Historic Vendor (IE Blade Shard Vendor) be released? Most people assumed, reasonably so, that it would come out with the feature patch. Does anyone have any input on this? Just curious.

Considering it was in the patch notes two releases ago I assume someone either dropped the ball or got fired.

my speculation that he will appear only when the next LS part will start.

Quite disappointing though to see something included within patchnotes and not seeing it implemented ingame more than a month after the announcement
