If you only had Prophecies you can’t get anything from the HoM in GW2 right?

Correct, you need one campaign and Eye of the North. Though you could still do stuff in prophecies that will count as points for whenever you get Eye of the North.

With just Prophecies and Eye of the North, you will be able to get up to 43 points (but those last 5-8 will be an immense grind).
