HoT Stronghold Beta on GTA V PC release day
So, avoid the re-release of a game that has already been out for a year?

Let’s be honest, rockstar will screw something up with the pc release, as they always do.

You probably wont be playing it on release day or soon after, especially not online. GTA is overrated anyways though~ I’m not too hyped after that garbage GTA4 game and I’m only interested in what it can provide online, and every overhyped online game ever made has a disastrous launch of server nonsense.

I am rather sure that the playerbase for GTAV is not really the same as the targeted playerbase for GW2.
Not that it really matters. ArenaNet should not build their schedule around when other completely unrelated games do stuff. They should do it when it is good for them. Simple as that.
Doing it on a Tuesday is rather good. It is at the start of the week, so most employees are still quite rested from the weekend, it is also long before the next weekend, which means that they an start working on issues (and fix some of them) before everyone goes home for 2 days.

First public HoT beta and it happens to be right on GTA V PC release day.
Anet, not sure if you did this intentionally but it just causes frustration when you could have easily chosen another day.
Anet could ask you if you intentionally did not play GTA V for the last year its been out, on 4 different platforms and waited until they had a beta to do to gripe at them. Its causing them frustration. This scenario is about as likely as the one that they did this intentionally. GTA V is a re-release of a year old game that is unrelated and does not even compete in the same genre.
Sounds like you need to manage your game time better….or loosen up about it some, if something like this is actually causing frustration.
Perfect most player interested by pvp by than GTAV on test day.
