You can get them at the festival vendor in LA in the top left corner, but it states very clearly that it is a one time use reskin of an existing backpiece. I don’t know what achievement you’re referring to, but if it gave you the same item, then that’s why it doesn’t appear in your wardrobe. One time use.

That’s the other Holographic wings, the ones you buy for Jorbreakers.
I’m refering to the meta-Achievement reward for completing Dragon Bash.

Its the same thing with the Teq wings too.
what the Laurel merchant sells, or doesn’t sell, is puzzlingly inconsistent. The npc sells some meta achievement rewards but not others and I don’t see a pattern to it.
As to why OP has the achieve but not the skin, it was before the wardrobe so if he skinned it over or deleted it then it’s gone. They said the wardrobe would not have items deleted or reskinned.

I was pretty sure I added it to my PvP locker though, and the other back item skins I had in my PvP locker, transfered over just fine. =/

I got my wings during the 2013 bash and I hope they never go up for sale. I have everything from launch forward and yes some you can’t get anymore (ball cap, witch hat etc). If you weren’t there then hey sorry but those are the breaks. Leave them un marketable. If yours were deleted etc for whatever reason try sending a ticket in….they’ll know by the age of your account whether you were there or not and may replace.

People have sent tickets about this in the past and the answer has been that support can not send it to them. It’s might be because it’s not an item that can be acquired separately from the Hero panel.

There are a handful of other LS1 items that are also unavailable. The Toxic Injector Backpack comes to mind, for one, and I’m pretty sure there are a couple others.
Whether its an oversight or intentional, who knows.

You can always try, but the answer in the past has been they can not. Not that they will not. Because it’s tied to the hero panel as a meta achievement and not available any other way, it doesn’t seem to be a separate item that Support can send and the Hero panel is currently something Support seems to be mostly unable to access.

They intentionally left items out so that you couldn’t just splurge on everything with laurels. It encourages participation in the living story.
If you trashed the skin before the wardrobe changes came out, you can get the skin again, just send a ticket with proof of your achievement.

I lost my Teq wings due to a bug and sent a screenshot of my achievement and their response was that they cannot return them because its against their policy.
