You’re the kind of person I hate lol then again, my luck was getting 60 clovers off 7 tries of 10X recipes. Yet again, my guildie Gigglefairy got Zap from MF, then got Colossus, sold colossus, bought more hammers, got two more colossus. This was in one day btw smh I loathe RNG…. only acceptable when there’s a gear grind or in Pokemon for Natures imo lol

thing is thrift shop has some funny and good lyrics the original song just delivered it so badly, it’s like buying an Audi V10 R8 getting the skin but getting a V6 inside.

You’re happy that you won the lottery and you want to share that with other people. It’s understandable. I however find it sad that something so valuable is acquired in such a fashion. It removes all meaning and distorts the word legendary.

The heroic actions of this warrior questing for his legendary can be described in the same way as an old lady on a motorized cart buying lottery tickets at the convenient store. I don’t know whether to laugh hysterically or cry.

To CS with my MF gear tonight! Haha, juuuuuust when I thought precursors were a myth I got The Chosen for my close guildie from the mystic toilet the other night. Threw in like50g worth of exotics so still pretty kitten lucky.

I however bought the pprecursor for meteorlogicus way back when when it was only 45g on the TP…FINALLY I had some foresight!!

Has Anet ever confirmed the minimum lvl of rares/exotics it takes to be eligible for a precursor? Anyone have a link?

RNG means “Random Number Generator”. In other words, as far as I know, each player has an RNG when it comes to drop rate (but don’t quote me on this).

I also got my Dusk in Cursed Shore, I feel some kind of connection between us.

Difference is I sold mine for 670g 2 months ago, yours will only sell for 630g.

Mine was in a Boss Chest except it wasn’t one I wanted so I sold it and everything I owned to buy Spark before it skyrocketed in price.

A member of my Guild found Dusk in the Event Chest from the Fire Elemental about a month and a half ago.

It seems to just be a very very slight random chance.

I don’t have any links for you but the basic idea is that throwing in 4 rates of a certain lvl I want to say 76+ gives you a low chance of an exotic. Throwimg in 4 lvl 80 exotics is a guarantee of recieving a lvl 80 exotic. Sooo, while lvl 76 rares are MUCH cheaper the chance is ridiculously lower. I have to say that when the precurs popped up it was sooooo effing exciting.

Mine dropped in Queensdale when I was L6 and killed a grub in a cave. I didn’t know what it was though and sold it on the TP for 35 copper. I wondered why it sold so fast.

Mine dropped while doing a CoF P2 run. It was in the final chest. I have no intention of using a Legendary, so I sold it for a nice payday.
