I would like to know. I heard they were only available during a past event. But is it still possible to get them through tournament rewards? Are there any other ways I don’t know about?

You can get them now from a vendor in the Labyrinthine Cliffs. Go to Lion’s Arch and take the boat there, you need to earn festival tokens to purchase the items.

Awesome! Any idea how much longer the festival will last? I just spent 3200 on karka shell and another 1600 item : /

Ends July 1st, you have plenty of time.

And most likely the items will be available next year so worse case you can try to get them next spring.

Unless they change it so its only past season 2 rewards instead (depends on how the rewards work out with the new journal changes)
