I just offer a little insight and you decide to swear at me, while claiming that the community is vile? if anything makes the community vile, it would be you.

No, actually. There is a large difference between lag and low frame rate. Lag is a term used for internet connection troubles. What you are looking for is low frame rate issues and it would be helpful to you and everyone else to know exactly what is being spoken about.

The computer you have will run the game smoothly, but definitely not on max settings. My sister is running it on an even lower specced laptop and gets a satisfying gameplay experience.

Seriously, people are being so harsh these days… Not everyone wants to spend all they’re money on PC…

Well, back on topic: You could try to clean your PC. Delete files you dont need or use, simply clear space

Also remember to turn down the graphics to the lowest. This is the most important part

You could laos try to close everything else running in the background, let just the game run. It usually gives you a little perfomance boost.

You could also download a program called “Game booster”. What this does it that it basically closes ALOT of unnecessary processes while gaming, wich can give you quite a boost. I used it before i bought my new computer and it worked for me.

But if this isnt enough, and you still get bad FPS, im sorry but your PC might not be good enough. Im not really sure what this game requires

Good luck

These tips could help, although it is not guaranteed, I have no idea what you have tried so far…

1)Clean up hard-drive
2)Fix your registry
3)Shut down background applications / services
4)Change your client to priority high / realtime
5)Update all drivers
6)Scan for viruses / malware
7)Make sure your computer is not running hot
8)Apply new thermal paste to your CPU
9)Clean out dust from your computer (graphic card, fans, etc,…)
10)Run your client on a lower resolution
11)Update directX
12)Defragment your hard-drive

Software that might help:
-Ccleaner
(cleans your hard-drive, registry)

-AVG Pc Tune-up
(hard-drive, registry defragmentation, fix, clears browsing history, etc..)

-Razer Gamebooster
(shuts down background services to boost your performance)

Website that might give you more insight:
(Checks your system if you can run a specific game)

If this doesn’t work your last chance would be a fresh operating system install and a fresh GW2 install.
If you still don’t see any performance gains then, you should consider new hardware,…

I hope some of these tips will help you and I wish you good luck !

Kind Regards,
