I had three hats: Witch’kitten, clebration hat and another hat that could be obtained by doing some event at Ascalon.

How can I use them now? And how can I recover my celebration hat, because I cannot access to my town cloth profile?

EDIT: I cannot find that merchant :S

They will be consumed and applied to the current item you apply the look to. And added to you’r wardrobe for future changes at a cost of 1 charge I believe.

Head to a home city and find the trading post. The NPC is stood next to it.

Edit;The NPC is not in vigil keep.
