what? really? that is very doggie
because a GM told me i didnt buy something, whne i even know the around date…
very convenient ’’feature’’
The CS Team has access to the data from your account, but players don’t have access to the same data.
Also, some very, very early data may be lost to all (time before Account Restorations were made available).

Does that site track Gem Store purchases? I’ve never seen that information displayed.
To the OP: If the CS Team has no record of your purchase, yet has the data from your account during that time period, what would you suggest?
You can update your ticket with any information or suggestions. Also, for future purchases, you can take a screenshot of the TP/Gem Store transactions.
(This belongs in Account Issues, and may be moved.)
Good luck.
Yes it tracks everything. Then it puts you in a ranking against roughly 90k accounts.
It doesn’t show your lifetime gem store purchase history (or gem store purchase history at all), as in every item you have ever purchased from the gem store, which is what the OP was asking about.

Shows a total a value but if this was off topic then I’ve deleted my previous posts if they aren’t helpful.
(also gems is a currency, when you buy gems, your just buying gems, a currency. what you do with that currency requires no further action as you purchased gems which is an ingame currency.)
….. And Elementalist.

They don’t want to show you a full transaction history. If they did it would make it easier to become shocked at how much you’ve spent and decide to spend less.
This is pretty standard microtransaction stuff, alongside fake currency to obfuscate real money value and gambling boxes to increase the mean price of items beyond that which players would normally pay for them via rarity adjustments.
A large part of microtransaction marketing is making it as difficult as possible to see exactly how much real money you’re spending while encouraging you to spend as much as possible per transaction with “bonus” currency and intentionally pricing items so you always have a little left over to trick you in to thinking you’re “saving money” when you spend more money for more pseudocurrency.
Welcome to 2016. If you’re a consumer and haven’t looked in to the methods used to market things to you at this point, you’re asking to be abused.

I think the list may be constrained by amount of items. Those who buy many items will show more recent purchases. Those who purchase fewer items may show a longer history. I know I don’t purchase that much from the Gem Store and have had my list go back over a couple of years, or so.
Of course, sometimes, something affecting the TP/Gem store can erase client-displayed data.

It shows a fixed number of items (12 if I remember correctly). so yes the list will go back further if you buy items less frequently.
Mine normally goes back about 6 months. Last time I looked it was showing items I bought in March and April this year. But after a big sale it can drop to 3-4 months.

Thus, if you have purchased 12 items, or less, it will show you your complete transaction history. I’m not sure there’s anything sinister going on; it may be a technical issue concerning how much data can be displayed.
Who knows? Glass half-full, half-empty.

I’m not sure about the gem store but I know they changed the TP a while back to only show the past 6 months of purchases, and only about 200 items at a time.
Which was a good idea because before that opening your history tab could take forever. Even for someone like me who doesn’t trade much it was kind of like “click history, go and make a drink, check my phone, tidy up a bit, come back to see if it’s loaded yet…” Apparently for some of the hard-core TPers it would just crash.
