How difficult will it be to get the Halloween exclusive weapon skins? I have a ton of Black Lion Chests stored up, but I don’t really have any Black Lion Keys. Wondering what the rates are for certain items currently, and what you guys think the rate for the new Halloween stuff is?

I would venture to say that some of them are very easy to get while others could be quite rare.

But to answer your question – It’s going to be RNG; So expect the worst and if the rate is high it’ll only make your wallet happier.

But don’t forget, those BL Chest skins are only ONE aspect of the event – You should be anticipating all kinds of nick nacks.
