Im aligned with the Vigil. I tried creating an alt and transmuting it but it says “solbound to another character” and wont let me. any help would be greatly appreciated. thx

Purchase the Whisper armor on your Whisper character. Transmute the armor skins to white stat gear. Bank the now white stat armor and pick it up on your Vigil character. Transmute again onto whatever stat gear you want.

did u try to use a transmutation crystal on the whisper armor onto a white armor?
