From the dev livestreams before the patch, it was said multiple times that we could get gem refunds for duplicate skins we bought. I currently have an extra “Rox’s Quiver Set” that I bought when it was on sale, but never applied it to an item. The skin is still sitting in my inventory.

How do I get the gems back for this? I don’t see any in-game method to request a refund, and I don’t see anything in the bug report forms that would cover this topic. Any CSR/Dev advice would be appreciated.

You go here https://help.guildwars2.com/home.
Then you go to the top right and “Submit a request”.
Make sure you have as much information readily available as possible (serial code, email, account name, character on the account).

EDIT: If you don’t want to click that link (I couldn’t blame you), just go to the top right of the forum page → hover your mouse over “Services” → and then “Support”. It will lead to the same page as my link.
