Not being facetious. Not trying to start a debate. Just want to know how. Can’t seem to find any contact info in the email I got when I bought it.

You will have to submit a support ticket and ask. The support link is located at the top of the page. Sometimes that link can be buggy when accessing it from the forum and provide an error page. If it use use the support link from the GW2 main web page. Do not do a charge back, if you were considering that, as that will get your entire account shut down.
