Spent about an hour and a half getting there, was a little frustrating that we couldn’t figure him out and had the party break up. Tips/tactics?

my party killed the necklace, the jewel shard no longer spawn

Ok my party destroyed the necklace and we can’t get more shards. What to do?

Lifts his foot in a direction = stand on the lillipad furthest from the foot

looks like he is going to throw up = get to the back of the room

looks left and right = get ready to throw a crystal into his mouth

to get crystals, throw a bomb whenever you can at the crystal necklace he is wearing, hold a crystal at all times and follow these prompts. If you fail at throwing the crystal into his mouth, he hits the whole room with an unavoidable tongue attack. After throwing the crystal into his mouth, his head will drop and you can whack him.
