has different meaning than
“We’re introducing new recipes and materials to be found around the world”
I would say in the former case new recipes are not found around the world, but in the latter they are.
Oh well, we’ll find out on Tuesday. I was just trying to figure out if ascended recipes are discoverable or if they are going to have to be found like the Celestial ones.

Yeah, I think your right. The additional adjective threw me off. For example, if they said we are introducing recipes and materials to find around the world, it would be clearer.
