Before this gets moved to a thread about something completely different, I am not asking how to get rid of diminished return. However I am asking how does DR affect loot because in my conversion with support information was passed that conflicted with WIKI and support said to ask here when I asked for further information.

There are currently no account restrictions causing you to get less quality loot than other players. Everyone has the same loot chance as to not provide any unfair advantages for some. Granted, some players may seem to have better luck with loot, but it is random for everyone.

Because this statement conflicts with information within WIKI, I have the following questions:

Does diminished return affect loot from foes in events, including champs and vets?

Does diminished return affect loot from foes outside of events?

Does diminished return lower the quality and quantity of loot?

Once diminished return triggers, does it affect everything regardless of area or character?

‘They’ refuse to answer, as any answer would ‘give botters hints on how to circumvent the DR code’. You know, the hundreds of botters / ‘porters flickering all over the maps? The ones who AREN’T sitting at their computer trying to honestly collect enough mats to make an ‘end-game’ item? The ones ‘they’ have claimed to reduce the numbers of?
