i never did the battle for lions arch before

can i do the entire thing at any time? from beginning to the end (kill scarlett)? or is there certain times only?

Well, it’s the final chapter of Living Story season 1, so it will most likely stay for a bit longer than the other releases, I think. It’s pretty much a zergfest anyway, the only way you can get to the story instance where you kill Scarlet is to either beat up her hologram with a zerg, or be the owner of any Spinal Blade back item (the fine version will do if you’re tight on funds) and look for Deputy Turma.
