How does bleeding scale from changing C.D.?
I mean, if I applied stack of bleeding, he will deal same dmg from mine condition damage when I applied it? Or, whenever I switch to another weapon (losing some of my condition damage), it will scale for current CD and lose some damage on bleedings too?

If use you similar weapon sets, cond damage is same and it won’t be hampered, if you use a power and a cond set though, switching weapons will affect cond damage, just like might does, or any other buff.

I know the bleed ticks change from Might, so they also probably change from weapon swapping.
