I would think that infusions or Ascended gear will be there for people who don’t have time.

Maybe the Ascended gear will be BoE, so that people could sell gems for gold to buy them.

I’m betting the uber dungeon will drop a whole lot of uber Black Lion chests that need new more expensive keys. There will also be boosters than reduce the effect of Agony.
