I have my PC hooked up to kitten quot; Toshiba LED HDTV and I have a wireless headset and keyboard and mouse. I am just wondering if anyone else plays on a big screen?

I’ve tried.. but found that I had to move way to close to the TV to read chat etc.. and since the resolution is the same as a PC monitor it gets kindof pixelated at that distance. I even tried with a projector once but ran into the same problem.. had to move too close.

There is a option in the interface to make the interface and text larger. I sit 10ft+ away and I have no problem reading the text.

50" 3D LG plasma HDTV. It looks awesome (even tried it in 3D lol) but the TV is bad. It has around 130ms input lag and its just unlpayable on it so I will be changing it to something else.

I find that a 32" HDTV works best. Not TOO big and you can still sit relatively close without strain,

Well, I tried to play using my projector that has a screen size of approximately 2.5 metres by 1 metre. The game, as with other games looks really good through the projector. Controlling the game over wireless mouse and keyboard is good too.

The thing is, though I found playing over the projector fun, the novelty soon wore off.

I much prefer playing GW2 across three monitors in ‘eyefinity’ mode (3*1) at a resolution of 6040*1080.

Yea I got a 48" hd tv for my birthday earlier this year but since I don’t have cable (just watch tv online) It literally just sat on a dresser collecting dust as I thought, well maybe someday I’ll get cable.

Then one day it just hit me I could just use it as my monitor instead and happily did so. I don’t think I could go back to a tiny normal sized monitor ever again.

I play on a 52" Samsung. It’s not bad at all except when trying to use the Trading Post. The font skews way too much if I set the interface to the small setting. I have to bump it up to large to read anything at all. After that I have to change it back to small or else the chat box is moved to the middle of the screen and takes up too much space.
