So i have come to wonder at 3k achievement points do i only get 1 radiant vambraces or is it 1 per character?

It’s a skin you unlock, you get as many as you want.

You get one when you unlock it, but you can get any number of additional ones from the achievements page of the Hero window. It’s extremely convenient.

They really need to let you do that with every skin you get, especially the gem store ones.
