Run with the zerg and watch as you can get 20+ badges in 1-3hrs depending on how good your zerg is.

Badges of Honor are from WvW only. Dont grind them, just collect them over a period of time. Legendaries are designed to be made over a long period and anyone wanting to get one quickly needs to ‘grind’ WvW. Youre not forced to grind, you choose to.

As for queueing for ‘3 hours’ id love to know which server youre in because im in a Tier 1 server and the longest its taken is 80 minutes to get in. Please stop over-exaggerating.

I’m not over-exaggerating actually I’m on Sanctum of Rall and our queues are packed when I get on.

Sadly enough, the go-to and proven method is the jumping puzzles in wvw, with the campers and all. That’s how I got the bulk of my 500. My playtimes are such that there aren’t a ton of folks on, so it’s rare to get in with a zerg. On the days that I didn’t, it was jumping puzzles for me and my alts. The good thing is that even at lvl 2 you can run to the puzzles once you know where they are.

I gave up on the JP guess I’ll have to do it another day and fight not sitting in the queue for (if it’s gone done) 2 hours to try and see how that goes

Doing JP casually will get you a lot of badges, I’ve built up about 6 stacks of badge of honors just mostly doing JP and some very casual WvW

One tip I can give for the queues is to get yourself in the main LA server and every five minutes or so re-enter a queue. Until they fix the queue system its a free for all to get in because queuing for longer doesnt necessarily mean youll be first in.

We all feel your pain sometimes but keep the faith! WvW isnt the well run machine we all want it to be but its fun as hell once you get into it. If you havent already try running with your guild (or get a guild that WvWs)- the fun of creating tactics and trying them out is great.

I don’t know what you’re talking about, I’ve essentially stopped playing WvW, in large part because of three hour queues, and I’m on a server that gets spanked in WvW, frequently.

I’d do the jumping puzzles in that case. People dub the badges “Badges of Jumping” and the “Gift of Jumping” for a reason. It’s simply the BEST and easiest way to get them.

You could actually play WvW. You get badges a lot faster through kills than through the JP, and you can do it more than once at a time.

this, i play this game almost strictly for wvw and ive gotten at least 2k badges while only playing 2-3 nights a week. join a party. get organized. calm down and quit whining.

if you don’t enjoy certain parts of the game, maybe getting a legendary isn’t for you. and isn’t SOR a tier 1 wvw server? maybe you should switch to a lower one where more people pve.

Yeah, don’t listen to these guys. It’s really Badges of Jumping Puzzle. However if your borderland is being dominated there’s nothing you can do about it. If it’s under control, do your jp over and over. Keep making a new character, you can do the jp until your heart is broken. Not everyone has the opportunity to run with a zerg.

Why do you think they were put there in the first place? Do you think I enjoyed doing the jumping puzzles? It’s really annoying,, and I feel bad knowing I might be taking a spot in WvW where someone else who actually wanted to contribute to fighting could have gotten in. Oh well.

While we’re on the subject of WvW, why badges aren’t automatically put in your inventory or added as a separate currency is beyond me. Forget to press the F button in the middle of a battle and get pushed back? There goes your bag of loot.

I got little more than half of mine from Eternal BG jumping puzzle. Sometimes the place is generally neutral or your server may ‘own’ it and have wiped out the campers. Mesmers will port people up sometimes too.

It is the most fun place to pvp though imo. I often stayed there for hours even after opening the chest to kill people attacking my server peeps.

The Borderland JPs are also extremely fast and easy, but not as many badges.
