The giant blue guy that we save in fractals of the mist, could he beat a dragon in a fight?

D/D Elementalist takes no skill but is good at everything in the game.
Mesmer is unfun to play against and does everything better than thieves.
Hoping those two get gutted with nerfs

I think he’d be the type to not fight. He’d try to give the dragon a hug and a daisy chain.

If he gets on the airship and presses skill 2 until the dragon dies, sure, why not? It’s what I did.

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.

I’m interested in how he was captured. He seems to have a weakness or something.

It was probably those hammers they may have drained his energy or something then the chains with those seals are what kept him weak

Given that we don’t actually change the past when we enter a fractal, it’s quite possible that the colossus is still bound there to this day. Maybe the Living Story will, at one point, allow us to track it down and then try to free it for real.

Given the looks of the thing, I’m thinking it may have been an ancient jotun weapon made to fight the Elder Dragons.

delicate, brick-like subtlety.
