My suggestion for future content events like the lost shores Ancient Karak, would be to make it a lv 80 story quest so that everyone at some point will get to do it. Make the reward chest at the end only lootable once per toon so that people can t farm it upsetting the market, this would be why I suggest a Lv 80 quest.

You lose some of the epicness of the fight but at the same time I am sure that can be replaced with npc’s, Claw Island is a great example of what’s possable. Of course I am not suggesting this for Holiday events just content events like the one we just had. You would also have the ability to look back on such an event in your story book for those of you that like that sort of thing.

i was looking back on the event and trying to think of a way they could improve it and man i think you may have hit the nail on the head. i was thinking maybe small instances so there wouldnt be so many in one district but i think your suggestion has anything surpassed that i could think of. kuddos. as for feedback they could even make it once per account as in the loot

I’m also wondering WHY these things must be world wide events and not an instance for players. Is the current game mechanics preventing this ? The personal story is already there so it’s possible and as far as trying to bring players together ( if this is the reasoning ) all I see currently is a lot of elitism being fostered in way too many groups and driving an even bigger wedge between players they want to bring together.

I guess I’m a small minority of players that want to game and play with friends and not 100 complete strangers on the same map. If I wanted to game with strangers I’d find another game. I’d like to see more instances myself.

Because it would be boring if it was like claw island or any of the story epic quests. Sorry but I liked the Karka event lag and all it was memorable and will be one of the moments I think every person that took part will remember for years to come for better or worse and that is the point. And no everyone doesn’t have to do every event.
