For over a week now every armored scale spawn I know of has been camped by teleporting bots. Every day its getting worse with up to 10 bots per area. I’ve reported every one of them multiple times and they are still there.

How are you supposed to compete with bots that appear at every mob before you can swim to them?

Sorry. We are only allowed to speak of sunshine and unicorns….

I didn’t realize we were supposed to “compete” with bots. I prefer to just ignore them and move on. They come, they go. They’re Anets battle and Anet has proven that they are dealing with them.

know what wont help? coming onto the forums and making a mountain out of a mole hill.

Fine a bunch of vets or a champion and drag him over to the bot, they target the closest thing to them.

Teleporting bots are hard to report, when you realize the miner is bot, it is when the ranger and his fellow bear poofed and gone…

regular bots were annoying to report, because they were running in tight stack, so it was hard to click each one to report.

but these new bots are almost impossible to report….

It’s almost like they have sprung uncannily back into existence with a remarkable new script that serves only the quick and elegantly simple function of rapidly supplying the TP with mats. The ease and rapidity they employ to swim in and out of existence to perform their market function almost implies some sort of, dare it be conjectured, intimately associated origin or connection within the game framework, operating seemingly from within.
Not that bots would ever be used to bolster gem sales in the currently manufactured market to supply a starved and driven demand…

For the record, not all teleporting miners are bots.

I’m not a bot, and I’ve gotten into the habit or parking my alts in front of resource nodes when I’m done with them.

Then when I decide to play next, I quickly pop onto each of my alts to snag the ore sitting in front of them before moving on with the character I want to play.

Ya this I log out all my characters by the rich ori in southsun cove. I often wonder if I’m being reported.
