How to express dissapointment?

There’s only one single way that works. They’ve only provided one effective method of communication that they actually listen to.
Stop playing.
You can just not log in and wait it out, or try to get a refund, or whatever… but it’s really the only thing that works. They aren’t providing any method of dialogue (actual back-and-forth discussion about the issue with devs) or polls or anything else. They are just watching who plays and who doesn’t, and counting up the money.

Thing is though that i want to play, and me playing isn´t going to bring them any money without micro transactions.

They do not want threads/posts that are “unconstructive”. There have been many posts that have been allowed even though they were essentially complaining BECAUSE those posts were indeed constructive.
If you voice your opinion, good or bad, in a constructive, mature matter, than you should be alright. Just check to see if your thread idea was already posted by someone else, and if so, then make a post in that thread – having multiple threads on the same subject does indeed make it easier for the staff to go through all of the feedback.
Yes, that does make it harder for us to communicate with each other sometimes, i.e. the 10k+ post thread about ascended gear, but they claim it makes it easier for them to go through the feedback, so we’ll just have to deal with that.
If you find that your post has disappeared or you were infracted in a manner that you think is unjust, contact ArenaNet about it via forums@arena.net. This email doesn’t go to the moderators, it goes to people that I can only assume are in a position higher than the moderators, so you don’t have to worry about your issues going unheard just because a moderator doesn’t appear to like what you have to say.
Aside from that, stop giving them your money; don’t buy gems. If at all possible, when making a constructive post, slip in the fact that you have stopped paying them any money until they fix X problem.
If the problems are too much for you and you don’t want to play – then don’t. Most people here have already got their money’s worth; hundreds of hour of play time. This game is constantly evolving though, so I’d personally suggest you check back at least every month or so to see if there are any recent updates put in place that may address your initial concerns.
