It doesn’t show up in discovery, unless you are pretty low-level in Artificing. It should just show up down near the bottom of refinement. Are you sure it’s not there?
It never has/had a color, or anything, so it is easy to miss….
It is very hard to spot on the list of items you can process, just under steel I believe.
Ah, I see …you can refine your small luck stacks to get the larger luck. Basically it is to save clicking on 10 luck stacks. You refine into less items to click on. As it gives an account bound product I assume the only purpose is to save you having to click a lot?

Just pop it in the bank if you have many alts during a regular play time and at the end just use your Artificer to convert 100 clickes into 4, masterwork>rare>exotic>use

Also, it gets to a point were 10 doesn’t mean anything. I’m only ~55% and I need over 1k luck points to go up 1% (and it gets as high as 100k-1.2mil per 1% at the end) saving up your 10s saves me from having to buy a new mouse. And in my casual play I’m only getting 1-2k luck per night, so I’d rather just save them and do it at the end of the night.
They are there automatically. Besides they don’t do anything besides reducing the number of times you click them.
