Q:
How to make Kudzu: any good place to post?
The best approach is probably to add anything that’s not already there to the wiki page for Kudzu: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Kudzu
Or the general legendary weapon page if it’s relevant for more than just the one weapon.
Maybe post the whole thing on the talk page first and ask the regular editors to help you work it into the article/s?
“Life’s a journey, not a destination.”
Thank you so much for the response. This is the first time I’ve ever tried to do something so ‘complicated’ in this game and I think only the 2nd time I’ve ever posted to the forums. Sadly, the info IS specific to just the one weapon, so probably not very helpful to many people, but I was hoping there were at least some people out there who had the same baffling questions as me regarding how to even start making one of these. Your suggestion regarding the talk page is excellent – I will try that. Thank you again!
I don’t get what’s complicated? 3/4 or all legendaries are the same BTW.
You get the mats, you need two recipes from Miyani and one gift from a particular dungeon for 500 tokens, the rest is putting stuff into the mystic forge.
Of course if you don’t have world completion and crafting on 0 it will take some time. But nothing that you can’t do within a couple of weeks.
I made 4 legendaries – the last was Kuzu – and especially this one was rather easy. Took my only one week to finish. Though I bought all the mats I didn’t have.
‘would of been’ —> wrong

Most people I know who made a legendary just used GW2Legends.net (including me) as a guide. Pretty easy to fill in what items you have and computes how much gold you’ll need to buy the remaining items.
You’re both absolutely right and the information already exists out there. I just thought it might be helpful to have another perspective on it. And ProtoGunner, I admire you for having made multiple legendaries. I’ve been playing this game since beta and this is my first time to even venture into the mysteries of that arena of the game. Kudos to you!
To be honest, I was hoping to get what I wrote critiqued – any advice as to where I should post it? (I did post it on the talk page of the wiki, as per Danikat’s excellect suggestion. Any place else that you guys could suggest?
