Hello,
I have a simple question and I’m also looking for a simple answer as well. Couple days ago I have opening a bags and by my mistake I have opened a tonic. I don’t need that tonic and I just want to sell it. Is there any possible way, any idea, solution to make this tonic “reopened”?

Thank you for all of your answers.

You could try sending a ticket to support. It helps if you have a screenshot of the unopened tonic so they can see its a genuine recent mistake. There’s no guarantee they will give you it back though. Otherwise there’s nothing you can do.

1) They won’t give it back. 2) “Reopened” means to open again.

They do not usually do anything in these situations involving accidental opens/deletes/vendoring, and usually cite a policy to that effect.

(although there are plenty of cases where people got back all kinds of things support technically doesn’t help with, so whether they actually follow the policy seems left to the whims of the particular support rep who gets your ticket.)
Such is tech support.
