If you tell the client to remember your IP each time, it will eventually cover all the available IPs from your ISP and the notification goes away.
Personally I’d keep the 2 factor authentication. By announcing you’re removing it publicly, you’ve announced yourself as a prime target for hackers.
If you’re using SMS, switch to using a desktop authenticator where you can quickly copy/paste the code. If you drop 2FA, it’ll just revert to email authentication, which is actually the more secure option for advanced users.

Seriously though, if you tell it to remember the IP address, after a few times it will stop asking. I’ve been in the same situation, and it can be a pain, but it will stop.
