Guild Wars 2

I would like to report a player for inappropriate behaviour. However, his behaviour does not fit one of the categories already availble like verbal abuse, spamming, botting etc. I tried to find an e-mail address, but did not manage within the 5 minutes that I have been looking. If anyone could help me with this, that would be appreciated.
