How to travel to destroyed Lion’s Arch city other than from the asura’s gate on west of Refuge Peak waypoint, or walk?

I have a low level Charr and wants to get there.

Only real way to do it is to take a city asura gate to Vigil Keep and head south from there.

The only way now is to get to Gendarran through Asura gate and try some safe path to reach the portal…since Bloodtyde entrance can’t be possibly reached by a low level…sadly I think it’s either gate or gate

There is no portal to LA any more. You could find someone to protect you on the run from Vigil Keep if you wish, and if you’re willing to eat a few deaths along the way.

I walked from vigil keep to LA. I didn’t know it is just beside it. I thought I have to walk all the way from Divinity reach.

There’s a balloon at the south of the Vigil Keep camp that can take you to either of the other orders’ camps. Just be prepared to dodge a few higher-leveled NPCs.

Safest (and somewhat faster) way to go to Lion’s Arch:
From any of the 5 starting cities, use portal to Vigil Keep (formerly portal to LA), head a bit south to where the travel balloon is (near the activity event), travel to Priory HQ in Lornar’s pass, head a bit south to one of the portals going to LA (portal is just close by).

There’s gonna be very minimal enemies along the way (close to none).

Balloon is indeed the safest and shortest way to travel to L.A.

There’s stairs out the back of vigil keep that take you down to the balloon and portal. You might have to dodge a couple of wolves, but it probably wouldn’t be too hard.
