Howler
Well Kudzu got a new bowstring and they both had draw effects added. Howler already has a draw effect so I’m not sure what more you want.
Guess I want it to be more viewable, like when I use a skill it’s hard to see the wolf or the sound from it.. idk if it’s just me being picky or not :p
Part of the problem is the floating wolf head doesn’t follow the horn when using the skill, so my warrior gets a faceful of wolf-fog instead of me seeing how awesome it is. The howling itself is a bit subtle, and it still plays the horn’s other effect on top of it, so if we could ditch the “whomp” part of it and just have the howl, that’d be great.

I think I’d also like the “fog particle effect” that follows the player to be a bit more noticeable. Right now its like it barely comes off your body, where effects like the footfalls of twilight/incinerator etc are really noticeable.

This was my first legendary and still probably my favorite. It has received a couple updates. I’m happy with it in its current state. I wouldn’t mind the footfalls being more visible. The fix to the sound made it much better than it was after all of the night effects were removed. I would agree that the sound would be better if it were just the howl effect, but louder, with the base warhorn sound removed.
I wouldn’t want the on use effect to change if it meant the wolf became a static effect or otherwise lowered the quality from the way it is now. I wonder if it would be possible to detect when the effect is spawning while moving and then spawn it further in front of the character.
I like more intense effects, but the fog at the moment seems to be in a good place running at max settings.
