Am I the only one who feels as though Humans are the only ones with very plain looking cultural gear? Compared with all the other races they seem quite boring, especially the weapons. The cultural armors are okay but they are nothing really extravagant or amazing (in my opinion anyway). The weapons are quite boring (T1 and T2 being skins you can find in the TH) and there are a few weapon models that are not Cultural that have the same skins as T3. A friend of mine has a shortbow with the T3 skin.

This isn’t a hate thread, but I just want to know what other people think of the Cultural Armor/Weapons for the Human Race.

Edit: I forgot to mention I was being specific to Plate.

most other race cultural weapons are pretty average as well, except the plant skins for sylvari if you are into that.

btw, u know you can get cultural weapons of other races right? Human cultural weapons share the AC skin but with a different tint

All T1 and T2 weapons are available as random drop skins (T2 being Rares, T1 blues and greens).
Also, Asura and Sylvari share the same T1 and T2 (Glyphic and Verdant).
And the T3 Charr weapons can be found on heart vendors.

Not anymore. Anet replaced them with generic skins.

I dunno the Heavy armor for the Humans looks nice. The light armor is …..crap can’t remember the words to discribe it but let’s just say “yup go figure”. As for the Medium. Human males have a decent look to the armor while The Females for some odd reason looks Odd. Like it’s been patched worked. I do wish the chest’s piece little “half Skirt” would be on the pants instead of the chest piece. I like the shoes,careless about the gloves and Head piece and the shoulders look nice. The chest piece is what really bothers me. IMO either make both boobs’ underage visable or cover them both up. Reminds me of lil kim’s outfit loooonnng ago.

As for the Weapons , I like ’em. Rifle being my favorite.

A lot of the armor skins in the game are just plain crap. Though Human t1 medium is nice enough, as for a ranger its not a trenchcoat for which I am truely thankful. Why? Because the devs are obsessed with skirts and/or coats on rangers.

I agree, with all the medium female armour being the worst.
Heavy female has a few better options, but still not great.
I haven’t tried a light armour wearing class yet, but given some of the things I have seen, it doesn’t look very promising either ..

well, T1 Human light Male armor is actually nice and simple and i like that.
T2 light is complete High Society and i actually dont mind that as well.

However T3 is a complete break for me. it goes compeltly evil mage there. i am not seeing me wearing that (though i dont know what the female version looks like right now)

Others are good. i dont mind. Love the T3 Heavy armor. But the skinrevealing T3 demale medium armor is… well… i dont mind. more so for the ones who like skimpy clothing. I am just not sure how it fits o.O

Nah, and i personally plan to get T3 Hum for my Thief.
