I really want to play the Hunger Games world event again. Anyone else for it as well?

Those who never played the BETA, well Anet created an event simulate the same battle like Hunger Games book/movie.

That sounds interesting. Im interested in any new content.

Well if the warm people and keep it contained to a certain area of the map, I see no harm in it. As long as people who don’t want to PvP have the chance to not partake in it, that is.

much better movie and not some holywood ripoff.

I never got to do the major beta events because they would always do them at midnight pacific time and I’m on the east coast and had to work the next day. So yeah, it would be nice to see them bring back events similar to those.

I was disappointed that this wasn’t in the game permantely with achievement points like WvW. When do you think they will add it in game? :-)

I wasnt in the beta but I watch a lot of streams and vods and saw the Hunger Games event. Would love if they brought it back so I could try it!

Im still disapointed that they said there was gonna be like 20 mini games or something that we could play in all the citys, but we still barely have one and it doesn’t look like we will be seeing anymore anytime soon.

tbh that event got me so excited i purchased the game. It was crazy fun…terribly dissapointed it never came back nor have they done anything like it :P.

btw when it was down to 2 teams on my server, i was one of the two guys on my team to survive till the end ^^

Lol at calling Hunger Games a Hollywood ripoff, when it was a book series before it was a movie. Battle Royale got its inspiration from history, wasn’t an original idea to begin with. Hunger Games was inspired by reality TV and the Iraq war.

Heck the idea people fighting till the death in some kind of arena isn’t new either, it is at least thousands of years old. =D

It was really odd.

They talked about all the mini-games they would have. Built one for Beta. Then ripped out a really interesting one. Sad.

I thought that event was fun. It really was a neat idea and gives a cool sense of the need to survive. The robots you got turned into were super cute too ^^

Yes! I missed out on the final event that beta, having it as a permanent mini game would be awesome.

Maybe they intend to release it when the movie is in theatres.
