I found this by the Imperator’s Waypoint in the Black Citadel. Look next to my right hand in the picture below. Any idea on what this is?

It is a bug. You report it in game or via support page and move along. No need creating pointless forum threads.

Its probably put there to troll charrs, everyone knows curiosity killed the cat…

I found an Unknown a little while back too. I think it means we are The Chosen Ones. Or something

segman.3560 is correct. It is a bug.

This particular bug is an Asuran Rust Roach. Notice the yellow text. It will turn red if you attack it and attempt to rust out any metal armors or weapons you may have. I would leave it alone if I were you.

The Charr city is located in the old Ascalon region. Now there was a quest called, Into the Unknown in that game in that area of the world. That’s obviously a wormhole opening to that Guild Wars 1 map.

I suggest you step away from it and contact the authorities. It needs to be imploded before the gravitational forces suck the Guild Wars 2 game into it and we all reappear in Guild Wars 1.

Imo, the Asura need to be questioned about this. I doubt they are innocent.

It is a placeholder name for items that would have been or will be added. You can find several in the new Heart in Caledon Forest.
