I filed a ticket last week to ask for gems back because I bought 2 sets of Mad King Outfits before the update. I was refunded 700 gems today, so if any of you have done the same it may be worth your while to ask for a refund.

I think everybody knows this, they were told before patch that they would refund people for the purchases.

Everyone knows this… Really? Everyone does? And so what if most do, if some don’t then it helps them.

To be fair, there is a Sticky informing people about the refunds on this very page. =P

Trying using the “Tickets for Review” sticky to inquire about your ticket.
Review the “Account Issue Follow-Up” to see if they mention your ticket.

When the game first launched, they had a system where you could track your own tickets. Not entirely sure why they got rid of it, but this is what I was told to do now when I asked about it.
