i contact support but they don’t answer me like 3 days

It is the weekend, im fairly sure they dont have anybody there over the weekend. Support also takes time to get back to players! Good luck though, that is awful to hear

Support are very accomodating, I would doubt you will have an issue. They are quite snowed under atm, so don’t panic if it’s a few more days for answer. It can take up to a week due to the sheer volume of tickets being received

Support is usually pretty good about helping you fix a mistake like that if you explain the situation that caused you to lose it. The timing was unfortunate, since you have to wait until Monday (they have lives too), but this should be something they can help you with.

If you are lucky you get help monday mate, took me 14 days to get help with a ingame issue. ( I even forgot I put in the ticket )

There’s someone at Support all the time. They are dealing with a backlog right now, due to interest in PoF, so it takes longer to get back to you. Be patient; they’ll do the best they can.
