I dont know where I should post this problem, but I got the item Oontz’s Necklace of the Cat yesterday and I salvaged it, because of poly luminescent, but I didn’t get it.

I wrote to support and I got a massage from ANet that a member confirmed that I didn’t get and send to me this item I’ve lost.

But I checked my characters and I didn’t notice, that this is item is already in my account. I wrote to ANet again, but I don’t know is it possible to get it after this.

Did anyone have a similar problem? I don’t know what I should do…

Is your in-game mailbox full? Replacement items are usually sent via the in-game mail, and so you might need to make sure it’s not full.

I made it of course. I didn’t get The icon should be red, but it wasn’t…

And Yes, I know, that items go through to the mail, but I think, that ANet sent it to another person or just deceived me… Here is a mail: “Thank you for contacting Guild Wars 2 support. I have confirmed that the Poly-luminescent didn’t drop when you salvaged the item so I sent you one to your account. If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know!

Trust me, I’m careful for the items like this…

If they said they sent it to you but the email was empty update your ticket and discuss it with them. If you haven’t gotten it then they should be able to see that and resend it. A mistake of that kind isn’t going to be common enough for others to say it happened to them and what happened next, so posting on the forum and asking isn’t going to get more help for you other than to say continuing talking to them.

Be careful what you ask for
ANet may give it to you.
