I didn't get an item after writing to support
Is your in-game mailbox full? Replacement items are usually sent via the in-game mail, and so you might need to make sure it’s not full.
I made it of course. I didn’t get The icon should be red, but it wasn’t…
And Yes, I know, that items go through to the mail, but I think, that ANet sent it to another person or just deceived me… Here is a mail: “Thank you for contacting Guild Wars 2 support. I have confirmed that the Poly-luminescent didn’t drop when you salvaged the item so I sent you one to your account. If you have any other questions, please feel free to let us know!”
Trust me, I’m careful for the items like this…
If they said they sent it to you but the email was empty update your ticket and discuss it with them. If you haven’t gotten it then they should be able to see that and resend it. A mistake of that kind isn’t going to be common enough for others to say it happened to them and what happened next, so posting on the forum and asking isn’t going to get more help for you other than to say continuing talking to them.
ANet may give it to you.
