They’re pretty lenient. Downside is that the refunded old account will likely get closed down. Which is only fair.

Ya I’m not a happy customer to be honest. I just found out about 2 hours ago that they included GW2 base game for free with the purchase of the expansion. I just got the game a week or two ago and I bought it because the faq said it was needed. I definitely would of waited to buy it today had I’d known that and I most likely would of picked up the deluxe edition.
