What do you find funny about Guild Wars 2?

I find it funny that everyone requests a ‘Last Online’ feature to show when a person was last online. However, they are not requesting the Guild Message of the Day to be presented upon log in like all other games.

I find it funny when people ask for my “honest” opinion on something. Why not just ask for my opinion?

I find it funny that with 200+ WoW clones out there, people come to this game KNOWING it will never be like that and still try to demand instanced raids, the trinity system and flying mounts.

And the rest of us, and probably Arenanet too, just sit back and laugh at their silliness.

I also find it funny that after 8 months, they still haven’t added the option to search armor by type on the tradepost.

You completely missed the point of the thread. However, to answer you; yes, but there are far more outcrying for the last online feature.

I find it funny that there is no option to limit the amount of withdrawals or deposits of coin or items into/from the guild bank.

I find it funny when I find walnuts in cherry trees.

Guild interface features are definitely lacking.

edit: In the spirit of the thread, though: I find it "funny" that my gathering tools have limited charges.

I find it "funny" that the various orders of the world bent on saving it and defeating the dragons regardless of cultural or racial differences had to wait for the player character and Tree Jesus to set aside their order-based differences and recognize the benefits and power of working together.

i find all the little dialogue i find in the world to be funny. go to Meatoberfest and walk around for a while, you will crack up a little.

I find it funny that after you save the world (i.e. finish your story) that people still won’t recognize your character when you come to town, and that they want help in “slaying the dragon”

I’m pretty sure they find it funny too… easiest way to troll the forums, post “this game sux because it’s not like WoW. Here’s how to fix it before everyone quits…” Then sit back and watch the kittenstorm.

Me, I find it funny that my norn and my asura can wear the exact same piece of armor. And it’s funny when a marsh drake drops a two-handed sword.

I find it funny how dated the Human dance emote is already.

I’m sorry, you seem to have misunderstood the intention of the thread. This is a place for people to whine passive-aggressively about features and fixes that they think should have taken higher priority, not for people to actually talk about things that they find funny.

I find it funny that there is no Guild vs Guild battles in GUILD WARS 2.

I find it funny how there are 10 mostly uninteresting dances in GW2 as opposed to GW1’s 20 mostly entertaining/hilarious dances.

I find the random conversations between NPC’s funny. One I heard was a woman who said something like; “every time he laughs it makes me want to punch my shield” it’s funny because we all know someone like that, and you can visualize her punching her shield.

I find it funny that after 9 months in game Rangers still can’t permanently stow pets when needed..

I find quite a few NPCs funny. Example: Explorer Portt’s “happy pants” remark to Lightbringer at Wren. That isn’t something you would expect to hear from an asura. I like all these dynamic touches like the NPC dialogue.

I find it funny that rangers can shoot arrows without arrows.

I find it funny that spears can only be used under water.

I find it funny that you can dye armors but not weapons.

I find it funny that a chicken can drop a much better loot than a champion mob.

I find it funny that despite all that intensive concept designing of armors and costumes, everybody seems to look the same.

a) hear it
b) smell it

i find it funny that you cannot send a message to the whole guild but you can’t send more than 2 mail per minutes.
i find it funny that you can’t directly trade with other players but if you want to send them potions via mail to make a dungeon run easier you can’t send more than 2 mails per minute.
i find it funny that pit fighter exotic armor is heavy while some light armor are bulkier.
i find it funny when you put 4 rare weapon of the same type in the mystic forge and you get back a rare spear.
i find it funny that after 7 months of hardcore playing i have not more money that i can spend and neither the shadow of a precursor, unless i hardcore farm.
i find it funny that condition builds take months to kill pink moa.

More because there’s a chance you’ll give an opinion swayed by not wanting to hurt a person’s feeling or else wanting to jerk around or get a rise out of them or to give some opinion that isn’t your ACTUAL opinion for other sorts of reasons.

And I find it funny that… um… I can’t think of anything here.
